Max per Row on Featured Items

I have never changed this setting. I want to show only 2 items per row on the main page featured items. Can this be done?

admin>configuration>maximum values>Maximum Display of Featured Products - Main Page

It's located about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom.

admin > config > index listing > Featured Products Columns per Row > set to 2

Ok, I think I looked that page at least 30 times and didn't see it

I should drink more coffee or just need a vacation.
