Remove Shipping Information

Okay, weird request but.... My web client doesn't want UPS/USPS to display and shipping options. He prefers giving his customers free shipping, and wants to manually enter all the information himself, after he receives payment through mail. (He only wants to accept checks and money orders.)

Is there a way to completely remove the "Shipping Method:" dialog?

It would be better to customize a shipping module to run with the text:
To be added later

or something along that line or I, as a customer, am gonna be pretty ticked off to have it added later ...

Zen Cart is not really designed for Buy now, add shipping later ...

You may want to look into something like Super Orders, as I think it has a feature for changing shipping ...

Or, are you saying he is really offering Free Shipping and just doesn't want to gather the Shipping address Information until after the fact?

NOTE: Zen Cart is not designed for that method of shipping either ...

It's free shipping all the time. So he doesn't want any shipping options there, because it'll be free no matter what.

He still needs their address, just doesn't want the following option:

Shipping Method:
Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.
Flat Rate $5.00 Best Way
Per Item $2.50 Best Way
Store Pickup $0.00 Walk In

Remove all of the Shipping Modules in the Modules ... Shipping ...

Go to the Modules ... Order Totals ... and click on Shipping ot_shipping and set Free Shipping on orders for 0.00 and set to enabled ...

I made that change, then I got "Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements."

Then I edited it out of includes/languages/english/checkout_shipping.php

Nevermind, it does not work after all. Yes, I can change the text, but it now it won't let me go past Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information.

I know this is because Zem Cart thinks I have no shipping information, but is there a way I can fix this?
