If you switch to the classic template do you see the same?

Have you added another mod that migh have changed/overridden tpl_modules_product_listing.php?

What version of the column-grid module do you have installed?

That first line of the listing is having a <th> tag applied to it, so it is acting like a table heading and being bold font.
Add to your stylesheet:

#productListing th {font-weight: normal;}

Ideally, you would find the spot in product_listing.php (or maybe elsewhere) where this is happening and eliminate it at the source.
