Problem with INTERNET SECURE

Hello, am using the Zen Cart for the first time, it works well but have a problem.
Just before I click to enter the credit card form I got an error.
I have no problem entering the Internet Secure payment page, I just want remove the below text or change it.

Hi

Do you have a custom language installed in your zen-cart?

It seems to me like you're missing some language defines.

If you have used a language pack, check if there's a version for zen-cart 1.3.8

Hello, the download came with English, how do I setup the custom language since am only using one language!
