Shipping and Payment modules not displaying

Hi,

I've been asked to host a Zen Cart site but I'm having problems with the Shipping and Payment modules not displaying. I've installed the various modules and enabled them. There are no zones attached to them either. The site is currently on a test domain until I resolve these issues. It cane be found here http://lsm.a76.co.uk/

Would greatly appreciate any help with this.

When I use shipping estimator, it show free shipping, so I imagine the problem is with the way you've configured shipping on the other modules.

Disable free shipping module and then open up one of the others to see if you have allocated zones to it.

Disabled free shipping and double checked that flat rate is enabled. There are no zones attached to it. I still have no shipping modules displaying. Any ideas?

1. What version of Zen Cart?
2. Which shipping modules DO you have installed and enabled?
3. Are your products set up to be free-shipping? Do they have downloads attached to them? Are they gift certificates? All of those require the free-shipping module to be enabled.
4. Do your products have a WEIGHT set on them?
5. What zones have you created in your Admin->Locations->Zone Definitions?
6. What "shipping zone" have you selected in each of your enabled shipping modules? Why don't you have it set to "--none--"?
7. Same for payment modules
8. What currencies do you have enabled?
