Display language variable un URL

Hi,

First of all thanks for this program that I'm been testing for a couple of days and that I find fantastic !
I'm doing a shop in two languages, English and Japanese.

I noticed that the URLs are the same for both languages.
That means search engines are gonna be confused about that.
Some page in English are going to be in their servers some others in Japanese.

That why I would like to include the language variable in URL. So this way search engines will see every page in both languages and with different URLs.

Is there any easy way to do that?

URLs are not the same for the languages. notice the language=en or something like that in the urls.

Hi thanks for your answer.
Actually the var language is displayed on the URL only right after I change the language by clicking on a flag.
But then when I click on a other link it disappears.
I installed the Japanese package following Crystal Koi Design Instructions.

This situation cause problems for every website using multi language with Zen Cart.
The same URL will sometimes show text in English and sometimes in Japanese !
Is there any way to add the var language in every URL or to add a virtual folder or why not a subdomain?
I think many people might be concern by this problem !

Some SEO module can correct this problem.
Magic SEO module is a commercial module that can help with this
Simple Seo Module also attachs language code to the end of all urls, but it is being re-written to provide a nicer link for these situations.
You can also look at Ultimate Seo Url module to see if it suports such thing.

this is also my problem, as my website at http://www.yolite.com has 6 languges. and google takes hunderds of pages but all in English. when I put the other languge as a keyword in Google search, there is no result.

Is there any simple solution?

this is interesting topic .. in Canada .. specially in Quebec , commercial sites have to be both english and french . how can we fix this problem ??
