Hi, I have looked all over for an answer to this but with no luck. Hopefully I am posting in the correct forum.
I just recently noticed that if a customer inputs a note in the "Special Instructions or Order Comments" box during Step 1 of the check out process, the note gets migrated to the same box in step 2 of the process but fails to show up in the final step of the checkout process (step 3). If a customer were to press the "edit" button (for the Special Instructions or Order Comments box) they get sent back to step 2 can fill in their comments , press continue and all is well.
My concern is that some customers may not notice that their comment did not migrate to step 3 and i will not receive their special instructions for their order which is critical configuration information for my orders.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
