I have set up a site and sell to the UK postcodes in £'s.

I want to open up to europe but accept euros or £'s from a number of EU countries.

Q. Does Paypal accept euros from EU countries?

Q. How/what do I configure to make sure I can accept the payments and also make sure the exchange rates are correct?

Q. How do I select which countries I am happy to ship to?

I am sure there will be more Q's but if somebody could help me start I would appreciate it.
