I have also received two random payments from PayPal but no equivelant accompanying order from ZenCart. When I look at the relevant customer's order history, there is no order. The order number sequence has not been broken. So, for example, yesterday I took 5 orders but have received 6 PayPal payments. The "missing" order was bang slap in the middle (ascertained by looking at the times of the payments). This has happened, infrequently, but on two other occasions. My solution was to refund from PayPal and to ask the customer to process their order again.
