Strange problem with my alphabetical order...

I hope this makes sense to someone - I have searched the threads and tried figuring out a way around this (especially from this thread: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...=101404&page=2 ) but I just can't make any difference The Problem:

I want my categories / products to be listed in alphabetical order, going from left to right, but whatever I try to change they go in alphabetical order from right to left. So I want them to be like this:

ABC
DEF
GHI

but they are always coming out like this:

CBA
FED
IHG

So they are in a kind of alphabetical order - but not quite!

Can anyone help with this??

The float: right; is the cause of the backwards alphabet

Thanks for the help Kim. I have tried a couple of things to alter it. First I tried changing that part of the css file by deleting the entire line (float: right;) but there was no change.

Then I have tried uploading the css file with the 'right' changed to 'left' but still with no change. Is there another way I could try changing it?

Thank you so much Kim - this has been one of those little issues that has bugged me for ages! Turns out that you were spot on with your first suggestion - - I had been changing an old version of the css file from a completely different folder!! which is why nothing changed on the site.

WHen I went back to the file to check for any more float: right;s I thankfully opened up the right one and problem is sorted!!
