EZ Page problem

I have read the EZ page instructions many times and still can not get them to display.
Can someone explain in dummy terms how to set them up.

OK I have got something to display but it is not where I want it.
It is above the searche box where it says WEEE. I want it in a sidebox below the More information box.

There appears to be some heavy template customizations on your site.

While you are getting the ezpages links to show, they are not appearing in the standard sidebox.

As I don't know what your customizations involve it's not easy to offer suggestions...
