Invoice, shipping slip logo

I have read some instruction about how to change the logo to my own shop logo on the invoice and the shipping slips. However, it tells me to change the admin/includes/languages/english.php, admin/invoice.php, and admin/packingslip.php directly.... should I really do that?

If it's the same size as the logo that's there now, just change the logo image in... in... crap, brb.

I found this path in the same tutorial you mentioned.

admin/images/YOUR_LOGO._NAME.EXT

but instead of YOUR_LOGO._NAME.EXT name it the same as the logo you find in that images folder.

Change the filename admin/includes/languages/english.php to whatever your new logo is called, all admin logos will change to your new file (including invoice, packing slip etc).

The original file admin/images/logo.gif is a gif file and therefore you are restricted to changing your logo to a gif file before you upload.

I changed mine to logo.jpg as when i export to a gif, the quality is seriously reduced.

Where can I change the logo on the order status updates that are emailed?

I am trying to change the logo on the order status updates too. What did you do for emails? Currently, mine just has the word "logo" at the top of email.
