Limit Category in Main Page Box

Hey There,
New to Zen-Cart, besides this one problem.. it's been perfect for me.

I hope this is in the right part of the forum.

My site has MANY categories (1622 to be exact), as I have Brand Names listed as categories.

My question is, is there a way to "limit" how many categories are shown on the main page in the "Category Box."

Example being, say put 10 - 15 categories in the Category Box, then at the bottom it says "Show All Categories."

I'm still learning the functionality of Zen-Cart and was able to find a lot of useful information in the forums, but I couldn't seem to find how to do this one task.

I think you are creating a big headache not only for yourself, but for potential customers.

If I came across a site that I had to spend 5 hours trawling through 1600 categories, I would simply shop elsewhere.

You should seriously consider categorising your products in the conventional way, and then make use of features like Manufacturers Listing to deal with the Brands issue.
