Unable credit card refund

I'm still using ZC v1.3.6 (I know, I know...I'll upgrade one of these days...) and use Beanstream for credit card acceptance. I tried to do a partial refund (due to a pricing error on our part) but got the following message:

(0) Transaction Declined. Restricted transaction type.

Also, in admin area where this is accomplished, a note says I must supply the last four digits of the credit card used, but there is nowhere to put this...don't know if this is related.

Anyway, I tried the refund about 12 hours after the order was placed, not sure if that has anything to do with it either.

Disregard!! This was due to a setting in Beanstream...all's good.
