    Default Shared SSL and JROX

I just installed JROX Affiliate Manager and am trying to integrate with ZenCart. My server provider provides a 1.3.0.1 version of ZenCart The transactions will be processed through Authorize.net.

I used the directions for integration with ZenCart 1.3.X. When I add the code to the tpl_footer using my non-secure URL (http://www.mydomain.com...), the affiliate gets credited, but the customer gets the secure/non-secure items warning. If the customer chooses not to display the nonsecure information, the affiliate does not get credit. If I use my secure URL (https://server.securedomain.com/mydomain...) as the path to the affiliate program in tpl_footer, the customer does not get the warning, but the affiliate does not get credit because the cookie is set to the non-secure, not the secure domain. Is there a simple workaround for this problem of the SSL provided by my host having a completely different domain name than my store's domain?

Thank you for any help. I have searched through the JROX docs for this answer, as well as posted to their forum, but no answer.

It is most likely the Jrox license is trying to read your main website due to thats where it is registered to when the shared ssl comes in play this points to a different address.

A dedicated ssl should fix this issue since it will stay directed to your registered license website address.

This is most likely the cause.

Jrox does not like shared SSL. Knuckle-101 is correct.

Any idea at all for a workaround? The certificate is $100 per year, plus my host charges $100 to install the certificate. I am hesitant to go from a free trial to a $200 trial. I hate to commit that much money to a script when I cannot get the trial working.

There are way cheaper services then that and some with free installs I would search for a helping hand before paying that price.
