I'm sure this is in Admin somewhere, but WHERE?!

This is the Category Index, in which I've already modified the price font, and underneath which every item has Max:1 written. I've found the entry on english.php, which is:
define('PRODUCTS_QUANTITY_MAX_TEXT_LISTING','Max:');
but editing that out simply leave a lone character '1' under every product. I'm sure theres a way of disabling this in Admin somewhere but ****** I can't find it!
Any ideas?

Under each and every one of your products is the setting for the maximum allowed purchase.
