Stylesheet - Centering the Sales Message

How (or where) can I center my "Welcome To Desert Sky Ink" message and the "Welcome guest .... message" on my website. I found a way to do it globally in the sylesheet, but everything gets centered. The website is www.desertskyink.net.

I figured it out. I needed to add the text-align to my H1 and H2 header sections in the stylesheet instead of using float.

Figured it out, right after I sent the last message. Just like it was posted above. If I only read and understand.
