Remove Zen Cart! text from printed invoice

How can I remove the "Zen Cart!" text that appears in the top left corner of a printed invoice or packing slip?

Bit blind here as we can't see how your Admin has been configured, but I suspect that you are seeing the text that replaces your admin logo image when its missing. If so, you can change it at the top of admin/incldes/languages/engish.php

Okay this is one of those duh! moments. The text is a function of the header text in the printer settings. I just turned the header off. If I had thought about it for 2 more seconds I would not have had to ask.
