Need a little java slideshow help

Take a look at this really cool JAVA slideshow program

I am trying to get it to work in the main content area of my homepage at http://www.nativitydisplays.com/

If it could be loaded in the define_mail_page would be cool so I can edit the content from the admin.

The problem I run into is (I think) a conflict with the mootools used by ZenLightbox

Anyone have a clue, this could be a real help for ALL Zen-Cart users that have been trying to add a slideshow to their home page.

I created a test site with just the default template files and placed the two required files in the template jscript/on_load folder, added on_load_ to the beginning of the files and they printed out in text instead of including them.

Which file do I edit to load the .js files for the home page only.
