Lost right-hand info window in payment module

Hello - I recently decided to change both my website url and host at the same time and am in the process of re-setting up my zencart site at my new host. Everything has gone pretty well, except, the right-hand info window in admin/modules/payment has disappeared!

I get a right-hand info window for both the shipping and order total modules as well as all the other areas of the admin site where I used to get a right hand info window.

I think it might have gone wrong when I ftp'ed the google checkout files up to the new site, but I'm not exactly sure. I hadn't actually tried to enter the payments module area of the admin site until after I had copied over those pages from my old site to the new one.

I think the fact that my payments module isn't working explains why I get a blank page when I get to this page during the checkout process during testing http://www.tasticboutique.co.uk//ind...eckout_payment

Looks like you have errors in your configure.php files:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

I am seeing double slashes // in your URLs ...

What payment module(s) are you using?

Are any errors displayed, other than the missing right panel? That is usually a sign of a duplicate, bad code, etc. and it is dying on the autoload of a file ...

Make sure that all of the payment modules in:
/includes/modules/payment

contain code and that there are no duplicates/backups of files in there ...

Make sure that all of the payment modules in:
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment

are language files with just the define statements ...

Thanks for the help there, I was wondering about that. I've fixed that now.

None but the default check/money order so far. Because the right hand info window is missing, I cannot turn any payment modules on or off, etc.

Nope no error codes. The only other problem I can see so far is just the actual process of checking out stopping and reaching a blank window.

I've done that and there doesn't seem to be any problems there.

Thinking about it some more, it must be something wrong in the file that controls admin/modules.php?set=payment. I just don't know what file that is, or what to change to fix it.

Any more ideas?

Most typically this happens with a bad file in the:
/includes/modules/payment
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment

Could you delete the files and reload clean copies to see what happens?

Generally, when one of the Modules for Payment, Shipping or Order Totals is incorrect, bad, duplicated or some other odd issue with the code file, you will get symptoms like this ...

The quickest fix is to delete the files and reload them ...

NOTE: it is also a good idea with Upgrades or any time you update any of the modules to save the current settings to NotePad (so you can re-configure later), REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure the module(s) ...

NOTE: it is also a good idea to do a Backup of your database ...
