Ordering the product listing

Hi everybod !

First I apologize for my awful english, I do my best...

I have already serch in the FAQs but have'nt found what I want... (maybe because I did'nt understang all in it...)

I found how to order the all product listing, and the new product listing to put the newest product in first.
But I did'nt found how to order the product listing when clicking in a category... They are in alphabetical oreder...
I found how to change order in the administration panel, (ordering by product ID I think)

Is there anyone to give me an idea?

You can force a certain order in the product listing using the 'Sort Order' box at the very bottom of the admin page where you create a product.

I there an option, to order all the product in a cetagory by date of release?

Really? I can't order all the store (or at least category by category?)
I'd like my product to be oredered all the newest in first !
