Display Prices with Tax bug?

I have a new installation of zencart...

Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

with the Default Coupon settings....

There is a 10% GST tax and the discount coupon gives a 15% discount. When I set the My Store > Display Prices with Tax to true I get unexpected results...


PRICES DISPLAYED WITHOUT TAX
Sub-Total: $13.64
Store Pickup (Walk In): $0.00
Discount Coupon: d580344457 : -$2.05
GST TAX 10%: $1.16
Total: $12.75

Total is correct ($13.64 - $2.05 + $1.16 = $12.75).
The discount has been calculated on $13.64 x 15.0%

Total is still correct ($13.64 - $2.05 + $1.16 = $12.75).
The discount coupon amount is -$2.26 ???
Where does this come from?
Should still be -$2.05

I've just realised that it looks like it's applying the 10% tax to the display amount for the discount even though it seems to be using the original $2.05 for the actual calculations?
