Installing Stocks by Attribute

Im having a problem on how to install the Stock by Attribute i allready installed the SQL patch but then i was putting the files where they belong and then my Admin page is a messed up and when i go to Catalog -> Products with Attribute Stock it gives me a fatal error like this

I suggest re-installing the files. It looks to me as though you have moved them about using a tool that has looked inside them and tried to change the file paths according to its interpretation of the moves, and got it a bit wrong.
