    Default Replacing Button images with custom...

    I have updated most of the buttons to my own personal button images through the "button_names.php"

    However the PHP file doesn't contain all of the buttons being used such as the "refresh" and the "trash can" icon. Is there another PHP file I should be aware of?

    The trash can is here:

    includes/templates/template_default/images/icons/small_delete.gif

    the refresh should be in the buttons/english file
