Right Side Box Header Text

I have searched high and low and cannot find where to change the text in the Side Box Header. I did this a while back and don't remember where it is. Any suggestions?

Here's the text I want to change, the one on the left that says Auctions.

Go to admin - tools - Developers Tool kit and type in Auctions
in the last box and in the drop down select admin/catalog.

The search results will indicate which file you will need to change.
