Help: "add to cart" button disappeared. How to make it show up?

Can anyone help tell me how to make my "add to cart" show up?

I work on our website but I do not know why my "add to cart" changes to "Contact us" button. see this

I read some previous posts about this problem and I set the "Catagory" "product types" -"product_genearl" "add to cart" to Y (yes).
but the problem is still there.
I do not know whats going on. please help.

though i do not find STORE MODE in my admin but I find STORE STATUS and I changed the "WHAT IS YOUR STORE STATUS" to "normal store"
then it seems the problem is fixed.
