Not showing stock at all

I am working on adding my products. I am in a drop shipping situation so I personally dont have stock and my wholesaler has a rediculous amount of stock for each product. I would prefer to not show the quantity available if at all possible.

I tried entering 0 hopeing that it would default to unlimited like some of the other settings but it just shows the product unavailable.

Is there any way to just change the "display stock" to "false"?
