How do I move this Image?

if you look at our site http://www.maximhy.com/index.php and you go to the bottom of the site you can see the image scroll and when you mouse over it it make the image bigger. But the bigger images shows up some place else. I want to know how I control the image that shows up when you mouse over? How do I set where it shows up?

I use FF3 on Ubuntu Linux and the image shows up OK right next to the Mouse arrow and above the page bottom.
