Ok here's a new one... can you help?

I just got an email from a customer...
"Hi,
Last week I purchased the design with the feet sticking out of the chimney and I down loaded it several times but everytime I try to open the file a message comes up telling me to insert the second disk of the program. I can't get the design to use it . I seem to get the same message on some of the other files I purchased but they open and are useable. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong."

Any ideas? This is a first. The files are all zip files, that contain embroidery files, no exe files.

I zip all my files in the same manner, and she is the first to report this problem to me.

Sounds like she is double clicking on the embroidery file after extracting the zip. Does she really have the program installed that opens the file?

Is she getting the correct file format for her program or machine?
