Scrolling Question

When a Category is clicked especially one with sub-categories, the page reloads and than one must scroll back down to see the sub-categories. If there is another set of sub-categories the page reloads again and one must scroll down again to see more options.

Is there a way for the page to auto scroll down to the part on the page where the category was picked?
