Cannot create new user account

New customers don't seem to be able to register their details at our store http://www.kentmusictechnology.co.uk

A pop up error message says that errors have been created in the processing of your form, please make following corrections *

All the required fields are filled in, so I don;t understand how to fix this

I got this sorted by going into configuration > minimum values and setting 'company' to 0

Is this a bug? I had upgraded a client's zen install to the latest a few weeks ago and they have possibly lost sales due to people not being able to create an account due to them not entering a company name at account creation. We've only picked it up now, not that I'm complaining (though my client obviously is concerned).

Shouldn't setting a field as non mandatory override whatever the minimum setting for that field? That's what I would assume as good behaviour... or is there very good reason for this? zen dev always seems to have their heads screwed on straight, hence I thought I'd ask...
