Set your browser prefs so that the browser remembers the log-in info. When you go to the log in page, the fields are already filled in. Just hit Enter and ZOT!, you're in.

This is even fine for a live site, IF AND ONLY IF you are doing this from your personal, password-protected machine, which no one else ever uses.
