Problem with UPS SHIPPING

I am having a problem with my UPS mod. My customer has a product that weighs 13 lbs, and when more than 10 items are added to the cart we get the following order:

We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.


My question is, if we are breaking the shipment into multiple boxes, how do I get around this problem?

OK. I'm a dumbass. I had 780 lbs for the shipping weight instead of 78.

Over anxious fingers I guess.
