Can you please help me by telling is it possible to modify cart in way that below photo of product , on the left side of ADD to card option, I can insert text or box?

On that page there is a default product description block and the display can be refined with css...
You could add a div in a copy of tpl_product_info_display.php to contain addditional text but not manageable on a product basis from the admin
