Changing text for "Item Name-"

Where do I go to change the text for "Item Name-" that is the column header on each category page?

"Product Image Item Name- Price"

Trying to remove the "-".

Searched in the developer tool but it couldn't locate where to remove the dash, specifically?

The dash is not part of the title; it is the sort order indicator, showing that the name is the criterion for sorting, in descending order.

You can change the indicator in admin > Configuration > Product Listing >
Product Listing Ascending Sort Order +
and
Product Listing Descending Sort Order -
