zen cart installation on linux servers

dear all,
i am trying to install zen cart on my linux based hosting, in installation everything goes fine and setup completes but when i open my customer end or admin end both ends display simple display without any colors and images just text is displayed without any proper display ..

same application that i am trying to install is running 100% fine in my local computer

please help me regarding that

Are you using template monster template number
12541?
If so. that is your problem..search forums here for
Template Monster.
What happens when you switch templates to
Classic?

Your site is blocking access to your stylesheets. Sometimes this is because your web host's security is over-zealous, and you may need to discuss this with them, as we can't see how they have their security configured.

Other possibilities are that your directories do not allow permission for external accesses, or that you have an .htaccess file that is protecting all directories below the top level (your stylesheets are down in includes/templates/12541/css. If your not comfortable with this terminology and checking these things out yourself, then again I'd recommend talking to your web host, who will be able to look at them for you.

i get this problem i face when i install fresh zen cart. to enable css access to website what should i say to the hosting company.

i need to configue 12451 template after this as well

Tell them that your stylesheet (includes/templates/12541/css/stylesheet.css) can't be accessed because of a "500 Internal Server Error" and ask them if they can see what is blocking it.
