Store Pickup options

I have activated the Store Pickup option for local customers - the problem is, I need to change the wording to say something like "Pickup or Delivery available only to customers in XYZ area". I frequently deliver to local customers and they like to order on the website, but I'm afraid the wording as it is will be confusing - I also do not want shipping only customers selecting that option trying to save a few bucks in shipping costs.

Currently, in Step 1 of the checkout process, it says "Store Pickup" in bold, with a radio button for "Walk In". I really need the ability to change the wording in both areas, but I don't know which file to modify to do that. Can someone help? THANKS!

Go to Admin > Tools > Developers Tool Kit

in the last box enter "Store Pickup" and select "All Files Look-ups:" Admin/Catalog - now click the search button.

The result shows all files containing "Store Pickup"

Edit the file and upload.
