Dangling Carrot - lost my admin

I am using the latest version of zen cart as of 3rd Nov 08 and have downloaded the latest version of the free gifts 'dangling carrot' mod. Having installed the mod, the admin page for my site has completely disappeared and all I get is the message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare zen_address_format() (previously declared in /home/sites/discoveryelectronics.co.uk/public_html/admin/includes/functions/general.php:470) in /home/sites/discoveryelectronics.co.uk/public_html/admin/includes/functions/functions_customers.php on line 35

Can anyone please help?

What you need to do if you have not done so is look at the files you uploaded and I hope you backed up your files before you installed this Module. Just delete the files that dangling carrot installed and replace them with your original backup files that. If you did not backup your files download the zen cart zip again and look for the originals files there. I hope this helps.

The moderator note mentioned that this overrides several core files AND the mod is listed for 1.3.7.

You may have shot yourself in both feet.
