Can anyone tell me .. why zencart doesnt support Paypal Subscription?

Hi all,

May i know the reason of why zencart doesnt support Paypal Subscription?

So that let me try to write my own code to perform the paypal
subscription process in my site used by zencart!

Whether i need to go to another framework for this issue??

subscriptions wouldnt be an issue to change to IF you are only sellig subscriptions services

however if you are also selling hard goods then it can cause a heck of a mess if someone puts 1 subscription and 1 non subscription item in the cart

It has nothing to do with PayPal.

At the present time there is no built-in support for subscription-type products. So, adding payment-module support for it would be pointless.
