how can I make mr/mrs and telephone not-required ?

Can anyone tell me how I can remove the Hr,mrs,and phonenumber in the login field for customers,so that the customers doesn,t have to see those fields when creatin account.

does anybody know how to remove the * after the phonenumer(the red * ,showing that it,s require to input number.)If I can,t change it I will move this,so it,s up to the customer to write anything here..
