    Default Contact Us Modification

    Can I modify the Contact us form to suit me needs?

    I need to have variations of it for each Department to make them happy. Will it still work with the DB?

    Can I create a copy of the Contact us page to modify and use on the site so that each department can have a custom page with extra fields?
