Easy Zone Rate shipping for states

This is a module that is basically a modified version of the stock zone shipping module that is a simple way to setup shipping rates to various states and provinces around the world.

I thought about integrating states in the actual zone shipping module, and possibly changing the tokenization rules that currently exist (i.e. instead of US, CA for a zone rule... it would be something like USIL WI AL), CAON) or something similar).

Anyhow, if anyone is looking for something that is really straightforward to use for state zone shipping give this a shot and let me know if you have any feedback or bugs to report.
