Change Table Rate (best way) on check out

I currently have "Table Rate" enabled to do flat rate shipping if depending of the current price of the order.

it is currently: 10:6.99,20:7.50,50:8.50,99:9.50,149:12.50


How do I change the text when I estimate the shipping. from Table Rate (Best Way) to Flate-Rate Ground? Id like to change it to this because the other way will confuse the customers.

Also, towards the end of check out it says Table Rate in a table, and a radial button to Select best way. Why does is it like this when its the only shipping method selected?

3. You should find your answer here

5. make sure to place in your_template override folder

ok I copied it to my templete override folder but now I get: MODULE_SHIPPING_TABLE_TEXT_TITLE (MODULE_SHIPPING_TABLE_TEXT_WAY)

Also, took out Best Way, but the ( ) are still showing

Removing the parens ( ) from the shipping takes a little more work ...
