Please help- Shopping Cart Checkout Hanging

Hi there,

I just realized that after 2 weeks of being live I have a problem with my shopping cart. Once a buyer gets to the Your Shopping cart contents it and the customer clicks on "go to checkout" versus paypal, the "go to checkout" page takes the buyer to a page and they can't do anything. Thank god for google analytics~ they showed me the problem! I highly recommend it!

Please help. (I did change my template 3 weeks ago....)

What payment options other than PayPal express do you have installed?

I have fast and easy checkout, paypal, google analytics.... installed.

I'd guess a mistake in copying files to the new template.

Try switching back to the previuos template temporarily to see if it works.

It's almost certainly one of the Fast and Easy files.

Hey thanks Steve. You were right. Since I had a new template, I uploaded the two "Your Template" folder/files and copied and pasted the MySQL (per instructions) and now it works! Should have thought of that a couple of weeks ago. Thanks for your help! Lynn
