International Shipping setup

I've read many of the posts, but they are confusing to me. Is there a simple way to set up fees for shipping internationally?

I just received an order from Ireland, and my site only charged USA rates. How do I avoid that in the future?

What Shipping Module(s) are you using?

I have the Table Rate shipping module active and that is all right now.

You could either use the Zone Rates zones shipping module ...

Or, you might try one of the Free Software Add Ons, try a search on:
zone table

and see if those can help you ...
