Can't change header image in e-mail

I have replaced the file email/header.jpg but when I send a test e-mail I still get the Zen Cart header on the e-mail.

This is the header that is supposed to show:

http://www.zambeziexotics.com/email/header.jpg

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Close down your e-mail program, then open it again. The new image will show.

Sometimes, hitting F5 will also clear the cache and show the new image.

That did the trick. Thanks, I was starting to think it had to be something to do with a cache somewhere. Didn't realize Outlook had a cache.
