google base manual upload not working?

ive tried everything and google base has to be messed up
i keep getting this everytime i try to do a manual upload.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

has anybody else experienced this?...i used a few different computers and its doing it on all of them

PS I just tested mine in IE7 ~ no problem. Try again - maybe google was having a seizure or something! lol
