Help Error after insert of SQL for time offset mod

I get this error accessing links in the Admin area:

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '), '1', 'customers.php', '', '74.195.151.242')' at line 1
in:
[insert into admin_activity_log (access_date, admin_id, page_accessed, page_parameters, ip_address) values (date_add(now(), INTERVAL + HOUR), '1', 'customers.php', '', '74.195.151.242')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

after I install a MySQL patch for the Time Off Set Mod.

Nevermind I have fixed the problem.
