I just switched over from OSCommerce. I'm moving files for an upgrade into Zen, but I have to create new folders to do so. OSCommerce had a file manager, but Zen doesn't.
How do I create new folders?

That's usually done with an FTP client.
Filezilla is a good one, and I use the FireFTP plugin for Firefox.
You could also do it in the File Manager in your hosting control panel's File Manager.

The file-manager built-in to the other shopping cart had significant security flaws, and was removed from Zen Cart.
You'll need to use your FTP program of your hosting control panel's file manager to create new folders and manage your files..
