Help with Order Confirmation E-mail

Is there any way for me to be able to seperate the Order Confirmation E-Mail into seperate Product Categories? I am wondering because all I get is the total order , and if I could seperate it into the 2 categories that I have my shipping department would be sooo much more efficient!! We sell/send 2 different things and they ship seperately... Any way to make that happen?? I guess it doesn't have to be with the e-mail order confirmation, I just can't find anywhere else to get a seperate print out??

I don't think that can be done inside Zen Cart without making code customizations. However, maybe the Export Orders addon might allow you to split up the data for different fulfillment groups?
